Land breeze blows from land to sea during night
due to high specific heat capacity of water it gets heated up during day and takes more time than the land to get cooler
the land heats up and cools faster than water
so air above land at night remains cooler than air above water which is hot and rises up
to fill the vacant place created air from land moves towards sea (high pressure to low pressure) in horizontal moving air and thus is called as the land breeze
