When doing E&M problems, I find the extreme exponents annoying. Could redefining the coulomb change this?

When typing into my calculator things like 9 1099 109 or 8.85419 10−128.85419 10−12 its rather boring to write in all those exponents (yeah I know it sounds stupid ), but its much nicer to do mechanics problems because you might have to type in things like 9.89.8 or 2π2–√2π2, no exponents. (I know, working with Universal Gravity is boring but it doesn't appear too often...)
