As Space have no Atmoshpere
You might have studied in Refraction Chapter, that light can travel in Vaccum,Air etc
But in space there is no air ,Hence there is no reflection of stars
But you have seen the pictures captured by NASA are Captured by using Ultra High Defination Telescope which captures Those objects
But remember UNIVERSE is Mystery Always

HEY MATE
The astronaut doesn't found the havenly bodies or stars twinkling because the light of these stars needs a medium to travel. As there is no air in atmosphere no medim present. We see the stars shine because of the air present on earth.
