I guess it forms di ethyl ether or maybe even ethanol depending upon the concentration of moist silver oxide. I'm not 100% sure though.
2C2H5Br + Ag2O → C2H5-O-C2H5 + 2AgBr
OR
Ag20 + H20 → 2AgOH
C2H5Br + AgOH → C2H5OH + AgBr
