Well, if you pay attention to how it sounds; you can tell if it is a author's opinion. but, if it keeps on stating facts and it gets to the point fast then its factual information. If that makes sense.

When evaluating a website, the statement that might indicate that the site is based on the authors opinion, out of Research proves, from my experience, experts recommend, clinical tests have determined.


From my experience is the sentence that will indicate that the site is based on the authors opinion since it is deriving from the point of view of the author rather than any kind of official information.
