- it can be prevent in the following ways

  1. by adding inactive nitrogen gas to the packed food
  2. by storing the food in refrigerator under low temperature
  3. by adding preservatives
  4. by adding antioxidants like BHA ,BTA etc
  5. by storing food in air tight container
