It's ph value will decrease because it will turn into acidic nature due to Lacto bacilli bacteria.

The pH of milk is 6. As it changes to curd it pH will reduce as curd is acidic in nature due to presence of lactobacilius so it decreases and it also contains lactic acidic so it reduces it's ph value . And also curd is bitter due to lactic acid
