Asuming friction is quite small, so the oscillations continue but aplotide gradually reduces, damped would be the best choice.To derive the damped oscillations you should note a salient point that friction will always oppose the velocity in direction and you could assume it to be more or less constant in magnitude till the pendulum continues to move.
