As H2SO4 is used as a dehydrating agent ,

In this case when H2SO4 will react with glycerol it will remove all the water molecules to give unsaturated Aldehyde named Acrolein.

CH2(OH)CH(OH)CH2(OH) + con. H2SO4 — CH2CHCHO (Acrolein).
