you can get the time to pursue your hobbies only when you have taken a good sleep and had taken a nutritious food and are relaxed in your daily routine because hobby is something that we do in your free time and if you don't have free time and you can't pursue your hobby so to make free time you must not over work and overload yourself that you have no time left for the creation of yourself
