When I come to stage ( for speech ) people often laugh on me, also I can't did it, please help me!

It was hard for me too initially. Ignore the people laughing and be confident. Practice in front of your family or in front of the mirror. And make sure to get immersed in the speech you are saying. Tune out the haters and just listen to yourself saying the speech and focus on people who are clapping or have no reactions.
