When i start my computer it starts ,shows windows start screen and then shows a blue screen for half a second and restarts in system repair i get a message that something is damaged When i start the system in safe mode it doesnt open and again restarts

u need to to go to your microsoft account and connect with net then repair it by a configuration message which will come there .and update it system.
