Question

When i start my pc it does not start the green light blows and cd righter also work but screen remain black and  my red light does  not blink then when i press my restart key it stars ... WhY ???tell me .........???@#! >............................................ and when it starts it show the bellow error tell me plz

the connections between the various parts in the Computer box are nor proper or tight...  some problem with wires.. loose or removed.. a lot of dust inside the computer box.. some part is not functioning..
IT IS HARDWARE related.  You take it to a maintenance fellow. Open box and
set everything tight and right.
