when i tap on d msging option it shows answer few more questions to activate msges ,so how much more answer is required to activate it,and i know the msging system is banned but The Ace and the Genius rankers are able to msg us ,but we r not ,how is this

answer if u know dont waste time by giving stupid answer to get points,satisfactory answer will be marked as brainliest,
