Reason: when an insect is sitting closed to the axis of a wheel , and if the friction between the insect and the wheel is small , due to inertia and centripetal force the insect will be displaced along tangent at the point where it is sitting. Due to which after a short interval of time it will fall down from a rotating wheel.
