 \huge \boxed{answer}

◆ When Iron rod is kept dipped in a copper sulphate solution for sometime then iron sulphate solution and copper metal is formed.

 \boxed{explaination}

◆ When it is placed, iron displaces copper sulphate solution. The deep blue colour of copper sulphate solution fades due to the formation of light green solution of iron sulphate.

A red - brown coating of copper metal is formed on the surface of iron metal ( or iron nail).

 \boxed{reaction}

cuso{4} \: + \: fe \: - > \: feso4 \: + \: cu

Cuso4 –> Blue solution
Fe –> Grey
FeSo4 –> Greenish solution
Cu –> Red- brown
