When a flower have the male reproductive structure called androecium or stamen and female reproductive structure called gynoecium or pistil or carpel then flower is considered as bisexual or hermaphrodite flower.

They can self-pollinate themselves.

They are also known as complete or perfect flower.

For example : Lily, petunia, hibiscus and mustard.
