A person is only considered poor if he/she is unable to fulfill his/her basic needs. Or a person below poverty line is considered poor

A person is considered poor if he or she does not meet the daily income range of US $0.7 which is equivalent to ksh.70 Kenyan money.This person is considered poor because he or she cannot raise the daily bread and unable to sustain the standards of living at a constant level.
