A solution is said to be saturated when the quantity of solvent is more than of solute . It is

said to be concentrated if the quantity of a solute is more than that of the solvent .

Answer:

if an atom contains three or two bonds it is said to be unsaturated and if it contains single bond it is said to be saturated then if we want to change it from unsaturated to saturated we have to add hydrogen and remove oxygen then it will be saturated
