Adrenalin is secreted when we are excited , and in panic , exhilarating situations. 

It is also known as epinephrine. When someone becomes scared or angry adrenaline is released in the blood. The function of adrenaline is to bring changes in the body to take any action.

Adrenalin is released mainly through the activation of nerves connected to the adrenal glands, which trigger the secretion  of adrenalin and thus increase the levels of adrenalin  in the blood. This process happens relatively quickly, within 2 to 3 minutes of the stressful event being encountered.
