  • It is better to have a phone conversation with a colleague when the topic is an emotional conversation.
  • A conversation which happens in a text format can be misunderstood or misjudged. These types of conversation lack understanding and involvement and thus cannot be used while doing a topic related to emotion.
  • Voice modulation, empathy and courtesy are the few attributes which can be used while talking over a phone call.  
  • It creates a sense of involvement in it and helps to understand problems, emotion or mood.
