Force on current carrying conductor is

F=Bil sin(theta)

When angle between l (length of conductor ) and B will be either 0 or 180°, F will be minimum and will be 0

So it minimum when conductor is either parallel or anti parallel.

Hope it helps!

☺Hello friend____❤

✒Here is your answer ⤵

✒ The force experienced by a current-carrying conductor placed in a magnetic field is highest when the current-carrying conductor is placed in a parallel (0 °) to that of magnetic field.

✒ Explanation :-

we know that,

F = Bl sinθ

and value of sin θ is minimum at 0 degree. (i. e. 0)

I hope, this will help you
