Hi,
Here is the answer to your query:-
✅September 22
✔The Sun is directly overhead at "high-noon" on the equator twice per year, at the two equinoxes. Spring Equinox is usually March 20, and Autumnal equinox is usually September 22.
{Luckily its my BIRTHDAY}
✅THANKS

Hey Faiz,
So, actually equator is a latitude, and the time is not the same at all latitudes.
However, the noon sun can be over a particular longitude. When it is noon at a certain longitude, it is noon for all places lying on that longitude.
Please click on thanks!
