ACCORDING to the question ;

the time at Singapore be S=T+2.5 ---(1)

again,

the time at Dubai be D=S-4 ---(2)

from (1),(2) we have ,

D=(T+2.5)-4

=>D= T - 1.5 ------(3)

again, let the time of London be L

from question we have, L= D-4 ---(4)

from (3),(4) we have

L =T- 5.5 ---()

now if in India the time is noon then in London the time is

L = 12-5.5=6.5

time =6:30 AM
