If the elevator car is sealed, then the mean air pressure inside the car would remain the same. However, the air pressure at the bottom of the inside of the car would be a little bit higher than the air pressure at the top of the inside of the car because of the acceleration of the car. This difference in air pressure would be very small for any reasonable acceleration of the elevator.
