look, boiling phenomenon occurs when vapour pressure becomes equal to the the atmospheric pressure. Boiling is the phenomenon of conversion of liquid into its gaseous form at a particular temperature at its atmospheric pressure and vapour pressure generally means the pressure exerted by the gaseous particles(vapours) on the liquid particles when they are on the top surface(free surface).
