answer:- If you found that people are watching only the first few seconds of your video than it depends on many factors like-

i) Topic on which your video is based.

ii) Value/popularity for that topic on which you are making videos.

iii) How much your content match with the name/title of your topic.

Reasons and steps you should take if people only see few seconds of your video -

i) If the starting of your video will be boring than no one wants to see that video .............like we do with the ads on youtube ..we just skip it isn't?

ii) Try to make videos on some useful topics by which people think that there time is not getting wasted so they will watch the full video.

iii) Don't give the full information about your topic in starting itself.....try to create suspense due to which people will like watch full video.
