When Magnesium oxide reacts with Dilute Hydrochloric acid then it forms Magnesium chloride and water.


The reaction are as follows:::

MgO + 2HCl ===> MgCl2 + H2O


Means :::


Magnesium oxide + Hydrochloric acid ==>> Magnesium chloride + water.
