When making a journey i walked 12%,ran16%and rode on scooter 28% of the total distance and for the remaining part,i travellled by bus. How many kilometres did i travel by bus ,if the total distance covered was 50km?

total distance covered by bus=100%-(distance covered by walking+running+riding scooty)

=100%-(12+16+28)%

=100%-56%

=44%

total distance=50km

hence , total distance covered by bus = 44% of 50km=(44/100)×50=44/2=22km
