The fungal disease anthracnose is the most common cause of flowers turning black. The symptoms are small black spots developing on the flowers, stalks and small fruit. Preventative sprays can reduce the risk of infection. Fruitspotting bugs and bacterial flower disease also cause black spots on the inflorescence. Use a commercial organic fertilizer with a high percentage of potassium, such 5-8-10, for fruit-bearing trees, or apply these nutrients with organic materials. Compost is a good organic source of both phosphorus and potassium.

it depends on the ratio.if white flowers are more then white colour trait is dominant whereas violet colour is recessive the same is applicable
