When many scrum teams are working on the same product, all of their increments should be integrated with every sprint.

Let's think about, if it is not done:

1. The state of the product is totally unclear (all the problems that will arise during integration process and complete product increment tests are not discovered yet)

2. The POs don't know whether the product he/she was presented is potential shippable or not .

But there are some occasions where integrating each sprints is futile and not useful at all:

1. If the testing gear required for verification of  a potential shippable product increment is not as available as it should -> imply clear impediment

2. The  Integration environment is not accessible due to some conditions -> imply clear impediment

3. The  Integration procedure is so complicated to do every sprint -> imply clear impediment.

Thus it depends whether we should intergrate all of their increments in every spirit or not.
