someone on the messageboard said that Sharapova and all tennis players, as well as all athletes, do stationary bike work after their matches to "drain the lactic acid from their legs". Is that true? I would think that doing more excercise would increase the lactic acid buildup. It would also seem to me that instead of cycling one should drink fluids and stretch.
