When milk is churned cream is separated because the particles of the milk is separated for this we can't use any other separation process when milk is spun rapidly the denser particles are forced to the bottom and the lighter particles stay at the top. And particles milk is separated and we obtain cream.

this happens because centrifugation's principal is about density so cream which has a different density get separated...
