Given,

Let the age of Nabil be = x

And the age of Suva be = y

From given, we have,

x + y = 63 ….(1)

y = 2[ y - (x-y) ]

y = 2(2y-x)

y = 4y - 2x

3y - 2x = 0 ….(2)

Solving (1)  and (2), we get,

x = 37.8 years

y = 63 - 37.8 = 25.2 years

Therefore, the age of Nabil is 37.8 years

The age of Suva is 25.2 years

When Nabil is at the age of Suva = 25.2 Years ,

age of Suva is [25.6 - (37.8 -25.2)] = [ 25.2 - 12.6] = 12.6 Years

At that particular time age of Nabil is 25.2 which is TWICE the age of Suva which was 12.6 Years.
