When new machine are brought in a factory some worker are usually rendered jobless why do you think this happen ?can there be ways to improving techonolgy without creating un employment

when new machine are brought in a factory there is no work for worker's to do therefore they become jobless . know a days mostly work is done by machine's in factory's . industry's or factory's should have constant number of machine's and works .
half number of works half number of machine's because of this method no one have to face loss and no one will be jobless .
