When normal force is doubled what happens to friction

If normal force is doubled the coefficient of the kinematic friction of a body also doubled up to the motion about to started. But once after the movement is started and continues to move, the kinetic friction decreases as force doubled. 
That means the coefficient of friction has different values while in stationary or in the movement state
