Total numbers :-

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 , 9, 10, 11, 12, 13

Cubes :-

  {1}^{3}  = 1

 {2}^{3} = 8

 {3}^{3}  = 27

Here the cubes are 1 and 8 only because these two numbers are between 1 to 13.

We know that,
