Chain of buds can be observed in yeast as yeast reproduces by budding.

Plzz refer the diagram showing budding in yeast.

Process:

Budding is a type of asexual reproduction seen in yeast, hydra etc

.before budding,a soft zone appears in the cell wall of vegetative cells.

1.Small buds will bulge out from this zone

2.At this stage, nucleus of the cell undergoes a mitotic division

3.One of the daughter nuclei will be pushed into the bud.

4.A constriction is formed between the vegetative and the bud, which can grow in to yeast cells.
