H2 + Cl2 -> 2HCl,
According to stoichiometry, 1 mole of H2 and 1 mole of Cl2 react to form 2 moles of HCl,
Now there are 0.5 moles of H2 hence it is the limiting reagant and product i.e HCl will be formed till all H2 is used up,
Since 1 mole of H2 gave 2 moles of HCl, 0.5 moles of H2 will give 1 mole of HCl
