IT IS BECAUSE, THERE IS THE CONNECTION OF NERVE CELLS OR SENSORY NEURONS FROM SPINAL AND, BRAIN TO WARDS ALL THE PARTS OF OUR BODY BUT NOT TO THE NAILS, OR HAIR. SO, THAT WHEN WE CUT THEM WE DO NOT FEEL THE PAIN .
