Answer:

When people from the villages go to towns and settle down there do they continue to worship their old village deities, cuzzz... India is a secular country which allows the people of the country to follow any religion....

And the right to follow a religion is a fundamental right...and if someone's fundamental right is affected, the person can go to the higher authorities to solve the issue...

Most villages across India have a deity which is considered as the Village God.  Some communities of the villages worship them as the God of their community or commonly known as Kuladevatha.

People worship these deities from generations.  As a result, they are usually very religiously and spiritually attached to these deities.  So, when villagers migrate, they continue worshiping the deities wherever they are.

They worship the deity in the towns in the form of a picture or an idol of the deity. They may also visit the village at frequent intervals or on special days of worship.
