When ph3 and nh3 both are passed through h2o bubbles are observed in case of ph3 but not in nh3 why?

Now NH3 can form hydrogen bonds with water i.e H20 and hence it's completely soluble in water while PH3 can't form hydrogen bonds with water because of large size of phosphorus as compared to Nitrogen. This picture shows hydrogen bonding between Ammonia and water.
