When planting a forest,the number of mango trees planted was greater than that of banana trees by 60.If there are altogether 210 trees of these two types,how many mango trees were planted?

Answer:

let banana trees be x

and mango trees will be x+60

A.P.Q

x+(x+60)=210

2x+60=210

2x=210-60

2x=150

x=150/2

x=75

so mango tress planted will be 75+60=135
