Malignancy is the first parameter, is taken in count for prediction of a cancerous disease.
If a tumour is detected as benign and non-cancerous if it is found with no extra cell growth.
Alternatively, if it is detected with abnormal cells and with extra growth, it is called malignant.
Malignancy grows fast and it gets spread in the adjacent and local nearby tissues of the tumour.
