Stocking products in as many outlet as possible is called intensive distribution.

Intensive distribution is a marketing strategy  used so that the buyers can see the products wherever they go. The products which are intensively distributed are common products in the market with a lot of available alternatives such as soft drinks, chips, cigarettes, soaps etc.Products that are used every day and replaced often may be found in a lot of outlets in any given area.

Aside from higher earnings, this strategy also provides awareness concerning the product.

It is called the intensive distribution.

A marketing plan under which a company vends through as many outlets as possible, so that the consumers meeting the product nearly ubiquitously they go to supermarkets, drug stores, gas stations, and in the similar outlets.

Soft drinks are usually made accessible over intensive distribution.
