ratio of length of rod = \frac{l1}{l2}=\frac{4}{3}

ratio of their coefficients of cubical expansion=∝₁/∝₂ = 2/3

we know that,   ४=3∝

now,

∝ = Δl / l Δt

Δt = same

so,

∝ = Δl / l

Δl = l*∝

=>  Δl₁/ Δl₂ = l₁/l₂ * ∝₁/ ∝₂

                  = 4/3 * 2/3 = 8 / 9
