There are two types of immunities occurs in the human body. They are active immunity and passive immunity. The immunity which is developed naturally by the body is called active immunity. The immunity which is developed by providing external agents is called passive immunity. The example given here is readymade antibiotics made are given to human. Because if this antibiotics the immunity will increase in the human body. But this immunity is acquired by adding external antibiotics. So the answer is passive immunity
