when Leeuvenhook ,a draper by profession ,wrote to royal society in 1670 about his microscopic finding , it was Hooke who endorsed him paving way for more such discoveries . Micrographia was published in 1665 .He described a section of dead cork tissue which appeared like cells of honeycomb
