Transparent objects doesn't form shadows. They are only formed in opaque or translucent objects.

- When light is stopped by an opaque object, all that remains is space.
- It's simply that section of the room where the light doesn't get through.
- You may see your shadow behind you when standing in the light.
- A light source is necessary to create a shadow.
- The shadow of an item only appears when light rays are hindered. With the shifting location of the sun, the size of the shadow changes.
- On the opposite side, shadows are always generated. A shadow cannot be cast by transparent objects.
- Only opaque or transparent things may produce them. Because light passes through a glass slab, no shadow is generated.
