When Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) is reacted with HCl then H2O water is relased along the formation of NaCl.

Well, it is a Simple chemical reaction,when sodium hydroxide react with hydrochloric acid then,
2NaOH + 2HCl -------> 2NaCl + 2H2O...
Double Displacement reaction takes place and Sodium chloride is formed with release of water...
